Shipping Information
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
Malaysia
- West Malaysia: Delivery within 5 working days
- East Malaysia: Delivery within 10 working days
International Shipping
- We ship to selected international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 14 working days, subject to customs clearance and courier service timelines.
Important Notes on Delivery Timelines:
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Fees & Duties
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real time. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@jaekodesigns.com.
Returns & Exchanges
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you review product details and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Within 7 Days
- Email info@jaekodesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a clear photo or video showing the issue, and a brief explanation.
Review & Resolution
- Our customer service team will review your request. If the issue is verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- A refund if the item is no longer available.
- We may request the return of the defective product before processing a replacement.
Please note:
- Claims made after 7 days of receiving your order may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or material may occur due to lighting and screen differences and are not considered defects.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in cases of verified product defects that cannot be replaced.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees, taxes, and duties paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders that were delivered successfully but not collected.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed.
