Our Jae Ko diaper bags are crafted from high-quality vegan leather. This material offers a sophisticated look and feel, while also being lightweight, stain-resistant, and water-resistant—making it perfect for busy parents.

We understand that seeing peeling on your vegan leather bag can be concerning. Vegan leather is a synthetic material, and like all materials, it can show signs of wear over time. Peeling occurs when the polyurethane coating on the fabric base begins to break down. While some degree of wear is expected with use, excessive or premature peeling could indicate a problem. To help prevent premature wear, please follow our recommended care instructions. If you're concerned about the extent of the peeling on your bag, please don't hesitate to contact us with photos. We're happy to review the issue and discuss possible solutions.

Caring for your Jae Ko bag is easy! Simply wipe the vegan leather exterior with a damp cloth. The waterproof nylon interior can be cleaned with wet wipes or a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Yes, the side pockets can fit most sippy cups and wide bottles. They are large enough to accommodate up to 32 oz water bottle.

It may appear a little wrinkly at the start due to the shipping and packing, but the longer you wear the bag, you will notice it start to de-wrinkle by itself. You may carefully place a cloth over the leather and iron on top of the cloth quickly and lightly to soften the wrinkles. The heat MUST not be too high.  

A slight stiffness is normal when your bag is new. The vegan leather will soften with use. Feel free to gently manipulate the bag and zippers to help it break in.

Yes, there's an insulated pocket located on the inside left of the bag, perfect for keeping bottles or snacks at the desired temperature.

Our carriers are carefully designed with hip safety in mind.

It is important to remember that hip safety comes down to correct positioning in any carrier. It is essential to achieve a deep seat or “M” position, with baby’s knees higher than their bum, and weight supported primarily by the bum, rather than under the knees.
We always recommend consulting your pediatrician or specialist for recommendations specific to your child's needs! 

Check that your baby is in this deep seat position each time you place them in the carrier.

IS THE ATLAS COMFORT & NOA SUPPORT CARRIER FOUND ON THE IHDI HIP SAFE CARRIER LIST?

The IHDI Hip Safe Products approval department is, sadly, currently shut down and has been since before the release of the Atlas Comfort & Noa Support Carrier. Because of this, we have not had the opportunity to receive this acknowledgement.  However, our carrier is designed with the IHDI guidelines in mind, and we of course plan to apply if/when they are back to approving new products. 

The IHDI recommends carriers that achieve the M position to ensure hip safety while babywearing. The Atlas Comfort & Noa Support Carrier is designed to support baby's weight in the M position, and is adjustable to help you acheive proper positioning for your baby's size. You can always consult with your pediatricion or specialist for advice on your individual child's needs.

Spot clean as necessary

Hand wash or machine wash on cold gentle cycle in garment bag to protect hardware.

Spot clean with water only. If using any stain remover or detergent, rinse out immediately. Note that some stain removers cause bleaching on darker colors. Some stain removers may discolor fabric if left on.

Reshape and lay flat or place on drying rack to dry. Dry in a well-ventilated area untill all padding and fabric is fully dry 

We recommend spot cleaning where possible, and keeping washes in the washing machine to a minimum for best longevity!
