Our Commitment to Quality

At Jae Ko, we take pride in crafting high-quality baby products that are designed for durability, safety, and comfort. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on our baby carriers. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and ensures that your Jae Ko baby carrier meets our high standards.


2-Year Warranty Coverage

Our baby carriers come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

What’s Covered?

  • Material Defects – Issues related to fabric, stitching, zippers, buckles, or straps.
  • Manufacturing Defects – Faults in construction that affect product functionality.
  • Structural Integrity – Any defects that impair the safe and intended use of the carrier.

If your product meets the warranty criteria, we will, at our discretion:

  1. Repair the defective product at no cost, or
  2. Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model.

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear & Tear – Expected fabric fading, scuffing, or minor cosmetic changes over time.
  • Accidental Damage – Damage from mishandling, improper use, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Unauthorized Modifications – Any alterations, repairs, or adjustments made by third parties.
  • Improper Care & Cleaning – Damage caused by failure to follow provided care instructions.
  • Misuse or Abuse – Using the carrier beyond its intended function, such as carrying objects other than a baby.

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our support team at sales@jaekodesigns.com with your proof of purchase.
  2. Provide Details – Include a description of the issue and relevant photos.
  3. Product Evaluation – If needed, we may request the product be returned for further inspection.

If the product is deemed defective under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. However, refunds are not available under this warranty policy.


Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

All sales are final, and we reserve the right to reject returns, refunds, and exchanges. Warranty claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in this policy.


Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Jae Ko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.


Jurisdiction & Consumer Rights

This warranty policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If any provisions conflict with local regulations, statutory rights will prevail. Certain regions may not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so exclusions may not apply.
